    If you are looking for space then go for Wagon R, if you are looking for performance go for Santro, if you want to fully utilized your car go for kiwid (can get it involved in commercial use). I am not saying Santro/Wagon R cannot be used in commercial purpose, but seeing recent development Kiwid is the choice after Indica, but the the limitations is space.

    Tata Tiago is better all rounder than the mentioned three.. but if city car is what you need then go for wagon r 1.2 ags
