  • Q. Which is better - diesel or petrol in AMAZE and why?

If your daily commute is more than 5O-60 Kms a day .then you should choose a diesel variant. Other wise petrol amaze is best. . In all new Amaze both petrol and Diesel variants are equally positioned well and became popular . In New amaze the NVH levels are much lesser compared to first gen version hence it is quite ok with diesel engine also . More over if you apply your calculations properly done. You may be able to run your petrol car with the extra 1.25 to 1.5 Lac you pay for a diesel version . In the New Amaze Diesel CVT offered is first in the segment . It is now more frugal and efficient. If CNG is added to petrol it definitely economical the power out put will be less with CNG and you may feel less torque while driving . .We donot suggest CNG for petrol variants.so Please choose based on your daily commute .

  • Q. HONDA AMAZE OR I20 WHICH IS BETTER IN DIESEL VARIANT?
    Zigwheels
    Zigwheels | 1 year ago

The Honda Amaze makes a pretty serious case for itself as THE choice for customers in the compact sedan segment. It’s unique design, spacious interiors, premium features, excellent ride-and-handling qualities and, very importantly, the brilliant diesel engine coupled to the equally brilliant first-in-segment CVT, make it highly attractive. Honda has also promised a premium ownership experience without the costs involved. Amaze has upper hand in terms of space, riding comfort and mileage (27 kmpl, claimed). On the other hand, the Elite i20 has stood the test of time and the facelift does just enough to keep the it relevant in a highly competitive segment. The new i20 features a few changes but is essentially still the same car with slightly improved driving dynamics. So if you’re looking for a frugal yet youthful family hatch, the i20 is still a viable option. We would suggest you to take a test drive in order to clear your all doubts. Zigwheels
    Zigwheels | 4 months ago

Honda Amaze can only be had with a 1.2-litre petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engine. You may have the CNG kit installed in the aftermarket but for that we'd recommend connecting with the nearest authorized service center. Follow the link for New Car Showrooms.

  • Q. Which car to buy amaze petrol or diesel monthly running of 5000 km?
    Zigwheels
    Zigwheels | 9 months ago

Our suggestion would be a diesel car because of you is more. Diesel has its major advantage of low fuel cost and better mileage but when it comes to service and maintenance it will cost you more than petrol. If you want to keep a car for long and drive more than 60-80km a day, diesel can be a valid option for you. Otherwise, if your running is quite less and you don’t prefer keeping a car for more than 3-4 years, go for petrol.
