Q. Is this car suitable for a family of 8 persons - BRV?

So many people say brv is narrower compared to other Suvs /mpv but it can easily seat 7 an without any discomfort to any of the passengers or even affecting the performance of the car by that much, you can seat 8 people in the car we have taken trip to Hyderabad to ooty with 8 passengers and we are from Hyderabad and most of cousins are healthy (fat) 5 adults and 3 teenagers were in the car and we managed about 120- 140 kmh speed on the highway and the engine was relaxed and the engine that legendary 1.5 vtec engine is phenomenal superb performance and brv has really good handling steering feel and feedback. So yes brv can seat 8 people, but If you seat 8 people in the car always then I would suggest look into Mahindra marrazo it won't be have as performance ready engine as 1.5 vtec but enough grunt to pull 8 people and its actually made to seat 8, and if you occasionally go on highway and won't really care about performance and handling then new Suzuki ertiga is also a good car but if you need performance handling steering feel superbbrakes then brv is a really good car and it also has more ground clearance than any other car in the price.

You can adjust 8 persons with difficulty but last seat is better for a max of 2 persons
