If any problem in clutch paddle in Nexon and also any issue regarding service centre because I want to buy Tata Nexon and I am confused regarding to points to buy or not?

Hi Paras, Nexon has different Clutch mechanism and so it decouples the pressure required to operate. You will always find very light clutch in Nexon. It takes some time to find the biting point but once located it can be operated freely. If your driving style is using half clutch for powerful acceleration, then it is not required in Nexon and eventually you will figure it out on usage. Service center is a hit or miss for many owners, but it is just maintaining good relations, it can happen with any Service Center.

My Nexon XMS diesel car clutch worn out at 23000km and had a gear shifting problem struck the gear at neutral suddenly while in driving , after 4trips and clutch cable , gear shifter, clutch cylinder valve change they told problem is in gear shifting rings which are all covered in warranty, battery drained in 18months covered in warranty, except clutch kit Rs.14000/- paid from pocket . Total 2months of my time suffered due to this problem. Finally problem not reappeared. Clutch worn too early compared to my previous car I20 elite car drove 70,000km without any sort of trouble.. i think TATA motors should consider the quality of the parts they built into their vehicles before sale. On the Day2 after Nexon purchase car turbo pipe fell off and power went down on national highway, I got panicked what if it happenes while overtaking other vehicles in high speed.

I own XZA+ model and got a clutch issue within 2 months / 2400 kms.. very disappointing. Funny fact is that the service people saying that it wont be covered under warranty despite the fact that the car is 2 months old / has an extended warranty upto 5 years / 125,000 kms..I am still waiting for the service invoice..the expected cost is around 15000/- (spare parts) + 5000/- labour charges..it seems like they may give some discount..be careful folks..wil update once I get the work done.

My nexon xz+ started having issues while driving since September (5 months post purchase) @ 11500 kms. Service station people were not able to figure out later after my clutch being worn out after repeated trials they seeked help from their higher centers and diagnosed with clutch sensor defect and have been promised with a replacement of sensor and clutch parts. Yet to take delivery so don't know if my issue is actually resolved. This issue seems to be a rare one and I should consider myself unlucky for this. If it's resolved then yes it's a great vehicle to own. P. S. My mileage wasn't as good as other nexon owners say maybe the faulty sensor was the reason. Let me see how it turns out after I receive the vehicle from service center.

There is big issue with nexon clutch and gear box, In my new Nexon XZ+ I faced clutch and gear shifting issue within 100Km. out of 10 ...4 times my cars 5th gear either not shifting or after shifting it comes back to neutral. though its a new car but clutch is very hard. Gear shifting in nexon is not as much smooth as Hyundai cars. Mine is petrol version but noise in car is like diesel and driver can feel noise plus vibration inside cabin. Service center fellows in my city (thane) are not able to solve these issue.

No brother there are no such problems in the car. I never faced any problems with my car its a wonderful machine and none of my friends ever faced any problems. You can definitely go for this car its the best in segment and best Value for money car in the market.

I own Diesel XM model, at 5034 km, suddenly in highway 3rd gear got jammed. I could not bring it to neutral also. Road assist reached after some time. It was some hook falling out of place issue. But at 5000 km it conked was very disappointing.

Yes , thwre are lots of issues in nexon.i own tata nexon xz+ diesel variant.At this time also my car is in service center as it broke down on my way. There is a throttle issue in my car. My experience with car is disappointing.

I Purchased nexon XMA Dec-2021 , Just after 2 months Smoke came , Now service center told to pay 15000 due to clutch plate , now they are saying they can give discount. Denying under warranty. TATA motors is no1 cheater ,outside bold, inside component looks like Chinese model.
