  • Q. I want to know about free service. What does it include? Because, Tata Motors Meerut says that we only provide washing in free service nothing else. Rest, all things are chargeable. Please clarify. - Zest?

    I have enrolled my car with gold amc for 3 year. so i didn't paid anything for 3 years. but the service at 60000 km is very costly. they took Rs 20k for that service and at 68000 km i paid 8000 rs.

    Normally washing & labour is free and filters & oils r charged but i got 3yrs maintenance free package for free while buying and I got free services for 3yrs absolutely free.

    Only labour charges are free in free service. All the consumables and equipment like oil filter and engine oil cost is borne by the car owner.

    Hi i am the owner of tata zest xt model 2016 year.This car is a sedan, The car looks great from exterior and interior.The driving experience is awesome, This car offers 3 modes as eco, City, Sport.Eco mode gives high mileage, City mode is also good.Sport mode gives more power to the car.The best thing about this car is that this car offers a stero system of harman.Harman music system has a next level voice.Zest is having 4 speakers and 2 twitters.Eco mode gives about 18 mileage.The pickup is also good.Build quality is the thing which makes tata different from other brands.Build quality is very good.There is a touch screen and climate controls can also be handled through the touch screen.Tata is also giving very nice after sale service.No complains will be there about after sale service and build quality.
