• Q. I have a Tata Nexon XZ+ Diesel. In Climate control set temperature to 26 /27°. Set option top & floor cooling. After few minutes You will receive cool air from dashboard vents and hot air from floor vents. Have anyone experienced it?

    @ Dillip | For this, we would suggest you to visit the authorized service center as they will inspect the issue and will help you to resolve it. You can check the service center details here.

    As of now I had went more 25 times to service center and also mailed to Tata motors - but there is no solution from their side and informed me our design is like that only. If we do any update we will come back to you. This was their response. But I couldn't digest this reply. I have many evidences to show you if you want. E-mails, videos and many more. I wonder don't the head-office doesn't take care of these complaints seriously?

    This is not a problem ,Auto climate control works this way only to cool or hot cabin to maintain temperature inside cabin
