How many gears available in Renault Triber?

Renult Triber is, in my view, suitable for journeys solely in plains loaded with 7 persons. Never go hilly area with 7 persons in it as it may be risky. At times, any big sliding stone may hit from above the hill as such incidents took place in hilly region. This car may not be so capable to face such undesirable situations. As such it is not fit for hilly journey, it is my conclusion. It is natural for a plain living people to go to a hilly area to find a different life there.

Whether you can go Ranchi and come back...yes you can. But most of the time you will be on 1st gear. Occasionally you will have to turn off the a/c depending on how steep the hill is and how good the roads are. Got my triber a few weeks ago...Not impressed at all. This thing have got no power .In forth gear car ask you to go to fifth gear but you driving 60 km/h. That is with or without passengers. The finishing of doors was done very cheap....Very shitty i must say...With two cubby holds they could of added a ashtray to leave change now your money is laying around and the tik koppe will break your window for a R5...The top cubby hold they could of integrated some more cup holders in the door of the thing....Kids play with the rear fan while the car is off....why will you let the fan work while the car is not running....Recipe for a flat battery ....No lighter in put in front....kids broke two of my chargers already so its of no use to me at all. The gearbox grinds gears when you put the car in reverse....You have to reverse without giving gas otherwise the car shake and sounds like a damn truck....On the road ...im talking straight road flat mother the car feels like it can blow over driving at 120....Overall outside it looks nice, but its a shitty car to buy and i am so terribly sorry for buying it...The cooling box is shit.....It works with a small hole that blows your air cons cold air through a 13mm hole...Use your petrol up....If you cross a intersection,,,,By the time you reach the other side you are in third gear already....DONT BUY THIS SHIT....OR JUST BUY MINE...

We are waiting for TRIBER 's Forthcoming TURBO model for extra power and better mileage( After launch of Kiger).Thanks Reynault as it is India's Ist modular car that could be used as a India's first RV .As a RV in it 2-4 persons can rest/ sleep easily in exigency., by removing 3rd row seats ,and rolling forward one seat of middle row forward; 2 person can sleep laying down and two with pushing back.their seats.This thus could be a boon in COVID -19 Pandemic period to avoid hotel stay.Turbo model with more power could be used to pull a tear drop trailer if required like in U.S.A./ Europe to travel with family.

I own a triber and travelled to more than 7 hill stations in kerala and tamil nadu with seven adult passengers and some baggages. I didnt remember a single power lag or underpower in each hairpins, steep offroads etc. Not only that i usually put my ac on. This is dual vvt energy engine which generates maximum power even in lower rpms. Not like delicate wagon r K10 b 1000cc engine for the purpose of mileage adding fragile weightless body. That is why triber acquired 4 stars in Global NCAP crash safety tests while swift and wagon got mere 2 stars!!!!. Renault company knows well about the engine required for adequate pickup for a car with full load occupancy. Also it has roaring power and speed in highways. Omni 800, eeco, maruti 800, nano climbed hills easily then why cant triber with energy engine with more bhp and torque do??? This is blind believers especially maruti outdated tradition guys spreading negative information that triber is underpowered. Triber costs only 6 lakhs base model on road but ertiga 12 lakhs and innova 22. If you want racing speed just go for ferrari or lamborgini or a Jcb and tractor for awesome pickup. Thats why with its safety, awesome looks, adequate pickup and mileage ultra spacious 7 seats car sold 80000++ units in just one and a half years. Plz don't go for confusing over opinions and negatives who had not even done a single test drive yet!!!! I love my 12 th practical car Triber

It is compatible. but endorsement will not on rc. You can use 12 kg cng cylinder with 7 seater option. I also want to run on cng after 2 year

The company will not fit CNG kit in Triber. You can do the job after market but if you do in your new car which is under warranty the warranty of the car must be void 😩😩.The best is do it after warranty period.

CNG must be fit in this car for more salling Because Indian specialy rural areas needs a Car have more space and give more milageJust like maruti eeco

No, CNG option is not available. Only available 1ltr. gear sifting (up to 5th gear) and AMT.

If i will fill CNG in Triber from outside. Will that be authorised and can be update on RC as well.
