Q. Which scooter is good? Activa, Jupiter or Vespa Elettrica?

I think as an owner of 2 activa and 1 Jupiter i think Jupiter is better because both the tyres are alloy and 12 inch size give better handling, center stand is easier to operate and can be operated with min strength, fuel filler is outside so you don't have to get up to fill the fule . both engines are equally smooth and much better compared to hero's scooters, but yes when ideal Jupiter engine makes more noise compared to activa but not worth complaining.
