    Well both the bikes have come from a promising brand, so differentiating them on the build quality won't be wise. The only thing i can say is that the fz25 is much more comfortable than the apache in the city as well as on the highway. And as we go onto the specs the fz offers a better torque and a lot better pickup and braking as compared to the apache. So i would recommend the fz25 over the apache 200 4v

    TVS has upped the ante in the 200cc motorcycle segment by launching the new Apache RTR 200 4V with a bunch of segment-first features. The Hosur-based two-wheeler giant has many more surprises in store for us bikers as it has just filed a trademark for the name ‘Raider,So I prefer as more value to the money with optimum performance & mileage in city

    Both of the bike's are best in their segment you are looking to good value for money bike of pure indian brand, the rtr 200 rv is better choice otherwise the fz25 is good one for you
