    Both bikes works on same engine and their is no difference in quality excluding some minor features. But on long rides say RIP to your back because it hurts so much after a long ride.

    I prefer i3s splendor only because of suspension which is 5 level adjustable...both perform underparts on out stations...than a 150cc...

    Both are good but you cannot do long ride on these bike... I would prefer you splendor + 13s because it more eye catchy then HF deluxe with same spec (19-20 difference)
