The actual range of the EMotorad T-Rex Air depends on various factors such as the selected riding mode, rider weight, terrain, tyre pressure, battery condition, and riding style. While riding continuously may help maintain a more consistent battery performance, it does not guarantee that the e-cycle will deliver a range of around 50 km. If you are consistently getting only about 25 km on a full charge, we recommend ensuring that the battery is fully charged and the tyres are properly inflated.
