Suspension is one of the best in its class because I have backpain I tried lot of vehicles but finally choose access because of it's heavy suspension, I used it from more than 3 year's

I've a new one and is suspension is horrible. My 16 year old TVS Pep gives a better ride than this new one which has hardly travelled 300 Km. service center guys says its all good. if that's so .. it the worse ever purchase !

@ Vinayak | Bhai the suspension is very stiff and it hurts the back. is it the same case with everyone or I am experiencing something new?

I have also same problem what you have face bro....i don'nt know what wrong with this scooters but i changed rear suspension after just 15000 km and 09 months still i am facing lower back problem while i ride activa for just 4 days and my lowerback pain relax.

Both front and rear has very bad suspension. Replaced both shock absorber in warranty but still encountering the problem.
