Yes u can use this vehicle in heavy rain also as if the battery is under the seats.My version is to stop the vehicle in heavy rain.There will be no such short circuit will happen as if the vehicle is having MCB below the seat.

It can withstand rain for some time but not intended for use in rain.Keep it dry&away from potholes else might result in costly repairs.Don.t wash the vehicle with running hose.

As motor and batteries are water proof you can use on rain for about 30 mins. but u claiming in heavy rain .....??
