It is not harmful because it wont let you ride that long. I do a lot of workout and am a fit guy, yet the pain in the back and wrist is impossible to avoid in this back. Long distance in this bike means 100KMs max and you will be exhausted.

NO ITS NOT HARMFUL TO BODY BUT WHEN U HAD ANY FRACTURE BEFORE BY ANY OTHER WHILE RIDING ITS PAIN OR PROBLEM AND ENGG ARE MANUFACTURED BY SEVERAL SURVEY WHILE MANUFACTURING
