    The heating issue may occur if the bike is revved hard or if there is an issue with the cooling system. We would suggest you to get in touch with the nearest authorized service center as they would be able to assist you better after the inspection of your bike.     @ Prashant | Yes bro I'm from Nepal and I'm also facing same problem after riding 5-6 km

    Revving hard on trails usually cause my xpulse engine to overheat too. Replacing stock engine oil with ZIC 10w-40 semi synthetic helped me fairly. Kar/Pokhara
