Why would anyone want an aggressive bike for a city ride? Hahaha. Opposite will work, 250 suitable for city rides and 390 for the later.

I think u shud increase your budget and go for Duke 390 in comparison of Duke 250. but be careful 390 is not a bike it's a heavy machine

No don't increase budet duke 250 is better than 390.390 has only power and led front light only
