    Scooters are for those who need a vehicle which can be used regularly for grocery shopping and short commutes in cities where traffic leads to ride fatigue. 125 cc motorcycle is for riders who need to cover longer city commutes regularly and that too on broken roads etc. 125cc motorcycles return better fuel average (other than D125) Decide basis the requirement. Best of both worlds could be something like an Aprilia 125 scooter
