CBR 250R has 135 kmph speed while rs 200 has 140 kmph but CBR engine has 250cc engine and rs 200 has 200cc engine, which to buy for speed and long rides?

Q. CBR 250R has 135 kmph speed while rs 200 has 140 kmph but CBR engine has 250cc engine and rs 200 has 200cc engine, which to buy for speed and long rides?

I have cbr250r I have taken it up to 166kmph. don't ever consider top speed if you are using for touring and on public roads, consider it only for track days. I would suggest cbr250 if budget persists else rs200 is also good.but by paying more money, you will get smooth engine, better touring capabilities, and a peace of mind of using a Honda.

CBR has speeds that are in the range of 150-165. There is no vibration at high speeds and the bike is very stable.RS200 has a initial better pick up and acceleration due to the power weight ratio since it is a lighter bike. But CBR has the engine, is very comfortable for long rides- sports tourer and definitely the speed.

CBR250R can do 145 or even 150 in stock condition. However, do not attempt such speeds on normal roads due to sudden obstacles where your wellbeing may be threatened. Go for the ABS version, its much safer. CBR250R produces it peak torque and power at much lower rpm than the KTM.

According to me CBR 250r abs can go over 150kmph and it is also good for long ride buy is a but expensive .But rs 200 has a triple spark engine and gets more pulling and speed up suddenly and cbr gains speed while running it does not have sudden pickup like rs 200

Cbr has speed up to 150. RS200 has the initial speed and better acceleration due to the lighter weight but CBR has much higher speed and definitely the one for long rides as it is a sports tourer and much more comfortable. Go for CBR

Dear friend, I am from Tamil Nadu. I took a 450km ride from my city Madurai to Chennai. CBR250R high speed was 157 kph without any wobble (O-vibration). Thanks

For comfort buy CBR 250R(all rounder) ... if you use RC for long distance you will get bank bone pain.CBR is best for comfortable long rides.

My cbr does 178 with the maps on...and rs where is it???and btw displacement doesnt matter its the power weight and torque which matters..
