    TVS Apache RTR 200 4V is a very capable motorcycle and a brilliant offering from TVS Motors. It is sharp and agile while maintaining a friendly power delivery. However, the lack of a sixth gear though limits its touring potential. TVS should have given the bike a sixth cog to aid highway cruiseability. Currently, the engine is screaming while doing 100kmph in fifth gear that appears at 7000rpm. If you do not mind steady cruising and just touching the 3-digit speeds, then you may go for a long distance trip.

Q. I have recently bought an apache rtr 200 4v bs6 with riding modes. Everything works best in rain mode and urban mode. But in sports mode, as soon as i get to 2nd gear, (or cross 30 kmph) rpm limit light comes and stays on forever. Rpm limit seems to be set to a very low number in sports mode. I don't see a way to change it. How do i fix it?
