Driving car

Best driving car in under 4 lakhs when new.Bought this car new in june, 2009.Have driven 94000 kms since.Has been a very great experience with this little pocket rocket.The k10b engine, For a three cylinder is pretty refined.The harshness of a three cylinder is there, But very less as compared to suzuki's own f08a 800cc.I have an alto too of the same model year and compared to that, This thing is a monster.I have no experienced no mechanical issues in all the 14 years that i have owned the car.The only downside to the size is that it has very less bootspace.Have driven it non stop for 14 hours straight and was very comfortable throughout the journey.I got the car stage 1 tuned and got an intake installed in december, 2022.This thing now makes more power and torque than a current generation swift.Also is more engaging to drive with stock shocks than the new swift.If some one knows from where i can get a 6-speed manual transmission for the a-star, Please contact me.

Comfortable car

It's a really comfortable car with standard looks, It gives an average mileage around 18kmpl it runs around 55km with 300rs fuel, I purchased an used a-star white colour vxi with 2.20laks, It's a really fun car to drive ❤️.

Theswift car

Theswift car is poor in safety and she do not safe any person the mileage of swift dzire was very low and is looks was very bad and not best design

Q. Which is better A-Star or Alto K10 - A Star?
  • If we compare old alto K10 with astar then A-star is winner without any doubt beacuse it gets dual airbag in front, all power window, and loaded with ABS. Also A-star is more spacious than alto k10. But if we compare with 2019 alto k10 it gets ABS and EBD and more features. A-star is discontinued now and part availability is very less. So nowadays Alto - K10 is better option.
  • New Alto K10 2019 is equipped with ABS and EBD here Alto K10 is the winner but if you compare old Alto K10 misses some features like Music system, Rear Adjustable head rest, Dual tone interior, dual tone dash board, Clock 12 V charging and USB. A-STAR is better than Alto K10.
  • A Star was primarily a model made for export to Europe. Hence is very reliable, zero maintenance & Bullet proof vehicle & can not be comparable with poor Alto. Only common factor may be engines with with a different state of tune. Also Star-Auto is one of the best Automatic small car in the business.

  • Of the two options Wagon R seems to be the only option since A Star is out of productiin now
  • WagonR .... As a star being frank was not successful.. A Star always on a hunt for parts.... So WagonR is the better option
  • A Star production stopped many years ago, so forget it. Now the only option for you is WagonR and this is not bad at all.
