Kia has launched the 2025 Seltos in India, priced between Rs 11.3 lakh and Rs 20.50 lakh (ex-showroom), with three new variants: HTE (O), HTK (O), and HTK+ (O). It brings premium features to lower trims. The HTE (O) now gets an 8-inch touchscreen, 6-speaker audio, and connected taillights, while the HTK (O) introduces a panoramic sunroof, alloy wheels, and cruise control. The HTK+ (O) variant adds LED lighting, larger wheels, and an electronic parking brake (AT). The Seltos continues with its 1.5-litre petrol and diesel engines with manual, CVT, and DCT gearbox options.

  • The facelifted Kia Seltos is powered by the current model’s 116PS/144Nm 1.5-litre petrol and 115PS/250Nm 1.5-litre diesel engines. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual and CVT for the 1.5-litre petrol, while a 6-speed AT torque converter and iMT is offered for the 1.5-litre diesel unit. A new 160PS/230Nm 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine is also offered and can be paired to either a 6-speed iMT or a 7-speed DCT. The NA petrol engine returns a claimed 17kmpl with the manual and 17.7kmpl with the CVT unit. Kia claims that the turbo-petrol unit has a fuel efficiency of 17.7kmpl with the iMT and 17.9kmpl with the DCT. As for the diesel engine, Kia claims 20.7kmpl with the iMT and 19.1kmpl with the automatic transmission.
