My honda city car- tn43k 5445- suddenly stopped on 28-12-2020 and never started again.Road side assistance was called for and vehicle was towed to nearby honda service centre “mysore inspiron honda”.After a day i was informed the fuel pump has to be replaced.I never expected a reputed company like honda to deliver a car with defective fuel pump.Adding fuel to the fire i was told to wait for at least 10 to 12 days for replacement.Now my question is what arrangements honda is to make for my conveyance.Does honda provide me a spare car or does it bear the cost.Even if you rectify the car what guarantee is there that it will not happen again? honda very well knew this persisting problem with city and amaze but my vehicle was not called for rectification.I never saw any other branded car stopped in the middle of the road during this era.Shame on honda.Expecting a good reply from honda.Other wise i will have to look for other options.

The car feel as an whole feels very convieniant and has an exeecutive feel towards it.The engine power for the honda city 2021 is a litlle on the lower side but the gear shifting is quite ease and comfortable.The small tires are a little prone to give you a shock on jumping in ditches.But i love the way the car feels on higher speeds as it is very smooth and fast in raise of speed from 80 -100 on acceleration and its backed with an equally effective braking system.The mileage i get is aroun 13-14 km/l.Not very ideal.Make is good as the interiors a re first rate the front and back blends in well and gives a sharp look as though it was made to look fast and sleek.Steering control is very good and pleasant.All in all i would say its the best vehicle a middle class family could wish and want.

Bought all new honda city vx petrol in january 2023 from ace honda, Noida.Great buying experience with the showroom.Everyone was friendly and had a great sales experience.I chose the grey color which suited to my expectations.Music system is fabulous and car is very smooth.I am able to take out mileage between 15.6-16.2 both using ac and non-ac in city traffic.Cruise control makes you feel you are driving an automatic.Soft suspension gives great comfort and the car is fun to drive.So far, I am enjoying driving this vehicle.I would certainly recommend everyone to have a test drive of the all new honda city.It is a fully loaded car with all safety features.Thank you.
