We met the MG Astor as the ZS petrol back at the 2020 Auto Expo. It’s been renamed to the MG Astor now and it’s entering a segment currently dominated by the can’t-go-wrong-choices - the Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos. Understandably, just matching the competition isn’t enough here, so the Astor is bringing its own set of selling points to the table, including some very important segment firsts. However, underneath the extensive tech packaging and grin-inducing gimmicks, is an SUV that’s built on some sensible values.
