TVS iQube Service Centre User Reviews

We purchased a electric scooty tvs iqube s- mercury grey on the name of durga bhavani on 12 th april.We are facing major problems with the scooty.Scooty got stopped after 20 kilometres even after giving full throttle.We went near service centre to complain about the problem.They have solved the problem and given back.Again we have faced panel sounds and pannel gaps for this brand new scooty.On 6 th may, At 10 'o' clock am, We again visited the showroom and gave complaint about the problem, They have done minor changes by sticking two sided tape between the pannels.May be in future i may get many issues with this scooty.So i need a permanent solution or else replace my scooty.

I own a tvs iqube electric for the past 20 months, The vehicle is not bad but once malfunction accurs the service from the company to resolve the issue is pathetic they won’t keep complaints backup instead they ask for entire details every time we call them and service centre too adds salt to the wounds.They are not at all bothered to attend the complaint.I think we are still in the basics of the electric vehicle segment.

Global tvs papireddypslya is the worst service centre in bangalore.Because first service they are convincing me for amc.They are telling electric vehicles no warranty.We have paid 1.5 lakh equal to car value.Global tvs trying to loot money becareful friends.They are the cheaters no.1.Don't buy and don't give service particular place as mentioned.
