Purchasing the Aprilia SR 160 has been an exhilarating decision. This scooter breaks the mold with its robust 160cc engine pushing out a commendable 11 HP which means overtaking on highways is no longer a tense moment. Its sporty design turns heads, and the ride quality feels more motorcycle than scooter specially with its superior acceleration and sharp brakes.On the downside the SR 160’s ride can be quite stiff, not everyone will appreciate the firm suspension setup specially on long commutes.

After months of research and debate, I finally decided to buy the Aprilia SR 125, impressed by its stylish looks and energetic performance. Now, several months in, I must say it is mostly been a joyful ride. Powered by a 125cc engine, the scooter is surprisingly swift, making 9.52 HP and the handling is easy and perfect for roaming through the erratic traffic of my city. The big wheels add to the stability makes bumpy roads a bit more bearable.The suspension feels stiff, which can be uncomfortable on our pothole ridden roads.

Having owned the Aprilia SXR 160 for the past few months, I had a mixed bag of experiences. Right off the bat, this scooter commands attention with its sleek Italian styling and impressive build quality. Powered by a vigorous 160cc ,3 valve engine it churns out about 10 HP which makes it one of the most powerful scooters in its segment. The pickup is remarkable and it cruises smoothly at high speeds without much vibration.However, while it excels in performance, it is equally heavy on the pocket. Clocking in at around 40 km/l, the fuel efficiency is not going to win any awards.

Owning the Aprilia SXR 125 has been a treat in terms of both aesthetics and functionality. This scooter stands out with its elegant design resembling a maxi scooter, offering more comfort with a larger seat and better legroom than its siblings. it falls a bit short in terms of performance when fully loaded or going uphill, feeling a bit underpowered.

it is not the most comfortable for longer rides due to its stiffer suspension setup. Mileage efficiency is another area where the Storm could improve, as it barely gives 40 kmpl not the best in its class.
