I have tried the bike in central delhi dealer.I heard a lot about this bike in news and youtube portals and thought to buy this bike the buildup quality is really good.

18th april

1.0

I booked a komaki bike online on 19th april by paying booking amount.I did not receive any response on booking till 22nd april.No sms or email confirmation nothing.Since then i am following up for cancelling the bike.Neither the company nor the dealers helping.If this is the case for booking amount think of service from the company how much we will have to run around.I would not recommend it to anyone.Be cautious.

i also facing the same, their customer care number eighter switched off or rejecting calls. Searched many places and called to someone and they said they are from the marketing team and don't know if customer care is working or not and disconnected. I decided to cancel the plan
