Gig Key Highlights
Price: The Ola Gig costs Rs 39,999 and the Ola Gig+ costs Rs 49,999. All prices are ex-showroom. Deliveries will start from April '25.
Features: Both the scooters are meant to help with last-mile delivery solutions and offer enough cargo mounting points at the front and rear, along with a spacious floorboard. The Ola Gig comes with high-intensity LED lamps for safety.
Motor: The Ola Gig is powered by a 250W motor, which offers a claimed top speed of 25 kmph, whereas the Ola Gig+ gets a 1.5kW motor offering a top speed of 45 kmph. Both get a 1.5KWh battery pack, but customers have the option to upgrade the Gig+ to a dual 1.5kWh battery pack, which will offer a claimed range of 157km.
Suspension, Brakes & Other Details: Both the Gig and Gig+ get a similar suspension setup consisting of a telescopic fork and twin-rear shock absorbers. Both the Gig and Gig+ come with 12-inch tyres and drum brakes for a grip that does not slip.
