You shall not consider Innova Crysta for sure. XUV and Hexa both have a decent suspension and good ground clearance. If you have to choose between these 2 cars then XUV is a better buy.

Xiv is not compatible with off-road and hexa is a beast In that

Innova would be better . Xuv 500 front brake pads wore out pretty fast.
