As far as mileage is concerned, the Scorpio has a mileage of 16.36 kmpl (Diesel top model) and the XUV500 has a mileage of 14.0 kmpl (Diesel top model). Scorpio is solid buld at affordable price . It has an option of 140 BHP. Wheras XUV500 is more of luxurious and stlyish. XUV is has caugh more attention from people who drive sedans. Both the vehicle has got thier own followers.
Ayush | 6 years ago6 ReplyAccording to me XUV500 because its a great car there is no such issue. Scorpio has less space than XUV500 and Scorpio's suspensions are more stiffer than XUV500. Xuv500 is a family car it's not made for hard offroading but if you want a offroader than you can have Scorpio
Tobing | 7 years ago3 ReplyScorpio is a more rugged suv of the two. it has a body on frame chasis and is very reliable off the road scenes. It is a rear wheel driven car. XUV 500 on the other hand is an urban suv and is has a monocoque chasis. it is also front wheel driven car and is more premium and better in terms of ergonomics, comfort and safety. choice is for you to make between ruggedness and comfort.
Aakarsh | 7 years ago3 ReplyXuv 500 offers you a 6 speed manual transmission in diesel and a 6 speed automatic transmission in both petrol and diesel whereas Scorpio only has a 6 speed manual transmission in diesel only. That is the major difference according to me other than great performance , which xuv 500 has more than Scorpio. Scorpio is also a good car , it depends on you which car you want to buy
Sumit | 7 years ago0 ReplyBoth are haveing major differences in power and comfort,even XUV500 is built on "Mono chasis" its more comfortable then scorpio and pricing are diffrents and scorpio having and 4 wheel option and xuv500 comes with "automated All wheel drive",both SUV's have major diffrences,depends on your budget,XUV500 is more luxurious and spacious then scorpio.

Xuv can off road, but it is not a ladder frame SUV like Scorpio, Fortuner, Endeavour, etc. For mild off roading XUV can handle easily.
