I believe your you can get the top model of WRV in that range where as in Creta you would miss out on couple of features. Honda would be good option with that budget.

As far as average and city drivibility is considered WRV is the one . But for better stance a better highway crusibility Creata is better bigger engine more power more torque but on downside less mileage than WRV .

WRV is not an SUV. it is sub 4 meter SUV type. Creta is better in this budget.If you prefer loaded feature top model, then WRV is a option in this budget.

Creta, because after sale service. And parts are available in india. Honda service is not bad nor good parts need to import.

If you go with WRV you would save a lot in price as well as average of WRV petrol is more than creta as the 1.2 petrol engine of WRV is smaller than that of 1.6 petrol of creta
