I have the same problem with my Kia Carens Luxury Plus model. Dealer said that the top model does not have a wireless car play feature but lower version has a wireless caraway feature. This is really surprising

I didn't get wireless Android auto in my Kia carens top model. When I ask the same in service centre they said this feature is not available in Carens
