The Hyundai Venue will be available with three powertrain options, most notably a new 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine mated to a 6-speed manual. A new 7-speed dual-clutch transmission developed in-house will also be available with this new engine. The other petrol engine is the familiar 1.2-litre unit found on hatchbacks like the Elite i20 and Grand i10 mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. Diesel variants are powered by Hyundai’s 1.4-diesel engine with an output of 90PS and 220Nm while mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox.

  • Q. Which one is better Hyundai Venue top model (petrol-automatic) or Honda WR-V top model (petrol-manual)?

Hyundai Venue's SX Plus Turbo DCT variant of the car will be a great choice in terms of advanced features, comfortable interiors, better ergonomics and a punchier engine. Moreover, the 7-speed DCT transmission is a delight in the city traffic as well as on the Highways. Honda WRV is a crossover and is a great choice for people looking for a hatch with better ground clearance and features. The only down log is that the WRV is only available in the manual transmission. However, the choice of the perfect vehicle can only be exhibit after sitting behind the steering wheel, therefore we would suggest you to take a test drive of both the cars so that you may get a clarified view regarding both the cars.Click here for the dealership: https://www.zigwheels.com/dealers

Before Venue I was driving Rapid auto from 2014.And I drove that car approximately 135000 km.But I would not recommend to go with automatic gear.Skoda automatic gives me lot of pain and this is also a notable point that Skoda's automatic is best in auto engineering. Rest is ur choice.

Hyundai Venue features a dry type dual-clutch transmission (DCT) which has its own pros and cons. If compared with the wet clutch type DCT, they do have a lower life span but provide with better fuel efficiency. Moreover, the life of the transmission, be it manual or automatic, would depend solely on the driving conditions and timely service management of the car.Read more:- Hyundai Venue Review: First Drive
