When we compare the Hyundai Creta with the Honda City, we must consider the city is a sedan whereas creta is an SUV. Creta is higher and has a better ground clearance which is suitable for speed breakers an bad roads and even has a better ride quality which absorbs most of the bad patches. On the other hand, city has better handling and a better petrol engine. However, creta has a better diesel engine. So it is a tough decision. Therefore, to give a conclusion I will say buy Honda City if you are looking to buy a petrol car and buy Hyundai Creta if you are looking to buy a diesel car

Tough question because both are best in their segments but Honda city will scratch on higher breakers with 5 occupants and will do same on worst off roads. If you can drive carefully then Honda city will be best Petrol Gem engine being super smooth silently with next gen simple practical design overall with safety and comfort along with reliability for long term ownership indeed.

These are vehicles that belong to different categories. I suggest you first decide on the category you want (Sedan/SUV/Hatchback) and then decide the vehicle within that category that suits your needs and budget.
