Looking and considering at your requirements, in terms of safety Volkswagen is the best but the problem is the engine and backseat comfort, it's a bit cramped up. Looking at the venue, it's not gonna be a cheap car, at least above 9 or 10 Lakhs, u can surely look at the tried and tested Hyundai i20 having class leading 6 airbags, Hyundai reliability and smooth engine with good backseat and 285 L bootspace which is a tad bigger than the polo
