I am confused, which car to buy between Ford Freestyle Titanium and Tata Nexon XM

Looks like the initial enthusiasm abt Tata cars is decelerating. Despite the build, safety, comfort, space, features etc., there appears to be something withholding the customers. Could it be the poor service network or the engine that is yet to prove it's might on long term reliability. On the other hand the Ford offers a reliable engine that is proved and tested on Indian road conditions. Though Freestyle appears bit old school by design/ interiors it's build quality, reliability and fit & finish is quite good. It is compact in comparison to nexon and offers very good driving dynamics.

Nexon is a superior car compared to Freestyle.But when you compare two vehicles in different segments i.e. Nexon in lower variant and Freestyle in Top variant, it becomes a personal choice Though you will not miss a lot in the Nexon, but Freestyle would give you a complete car vibe.Thats the best your Freestyle could be. But with Nexon XM, you will miss few features such as Touch screen infotainment system, Alloy wheels, Rear fog diffuser, Fog lamps etc.So if you want a complete car and your family is not more than 4, only then go for Freestyle.Else, Nexon is the choice over i20, Baleno, Freestyle, Figo, Polo etc

When freestyle was launched, I thought it might revive Ford like Ecosport did but it could not. The car is really good, specially in Petrol variant.But when you have a compact SUV in the same price bracket in terms of Nexon, why look for Freestyle? Lets look at Pros of Freestyle wrt Nexon1. Safety - 6 airbags in titanium (o)2. Features - U get all the features like fog lamp, rear defogger, touch screen etc, which are missing in NexonNow pros of Nexon over Freestyle1. Bigger and Spacious2. Better ground clearanceU can get the Nexon XM nd get few accessories to make it look better

Tata nexon XM is better for many more reasons as it has gor ground clearence of 209mm whereas scorpio harrier xuv500 safari hexa compass have ground clearence of 200mm and nexon ha s1.5L turbocharged revotorq engine

Nexon is better than Vitara Brezza ,looks,build quality, features, handling, ride quality and safety are matchless in the segment. You just sit on rear seats you will feel and like it immediately. Only thing it's not boxy instead an advanced design philosophy so some may not feel it that familiar otherwise it's car you will love once you will own it.

I chose the Nexon XM over Freestyle because of below reasons:1. Proved safety rating2. More space for passengers3. Better ride quality4. I was ok to miss a touch screen infotainment system, pust start/stop and alloy wheels, which are just good to have features. You can live without them. Like really!!So, Nexon
