There is engine CC difference in both bikes upto 25cc.tall persons can easily handle unicorn and it is heavier in weight and appearance

Both are good.but experience says that for better comfort go for unicorn, but for mileage go for shine

Mileage best of CB shine and 125 ,5 gear, unicorn 150 mileage is decent both are good

Both are good but select depending on how much you need to commute. If more than 50km per day then go for Cb Unicorn.
