    Cant compare because both of them could be compare in same level because both of them have sporty look,good milage,body design,front disk,good engine and pulsar is little bit better just because of it's high cc engine

    Shine sp because it's package of all like mileage and wonderful ride quality and it can reach high speed of 110 kmph

    If you are looking for mileage and easy going then go for shine if you are looking only for style go for pulsar
