I have Ola S1 AIR and right now in service station . Dear friends l humbly request you to visit near the Ola dealer/ Service station and check whether providing service ontime and deliver . Every ola customer fed up with the experience of service centre. A lot of scooter are parked there for service and They are not able to do anything without the permission from head office. We are not able to contact anyone in service personnel only we have one toll free number which no one will attend the call for 20 to 30 minutes.

मैंने ये ola s1x अपने बुजुर्ग father के लिए oder की थी जो Village में रहते है. 19 july 2024 को इसकी delivery हुई थी जोकि मुश्किल से सिर्फ 5 दिन चली और उसके बाद बंद हो गयी, पिछले 20 दिनों से ola care से बात कर कर के कान पक चुके है कोई समाधान अभी तक नहीं हुआ. Service का इंतजार करते-करते एक महीना होने वाला है अब सहन शक्ति नहीं रही l मैं किसी भी जानकार को एसी घटिया company की scooter लेने की सलाह कभी नहीं दूंगा. मेरे एक लाख rupees तो बेकार गये कोई और एसा न करें l ये company आपको मानसिक प्रताड़ना देतीं है ये मेरे जीवन की बहुत भारी ग़लती थी जो मैंने इस कबाड़ को खरीदा।
