My height is 5.4 and I enjoy riding itI have ridden the bike in tough terrain and I would say that if you are able to take the weight then it will be very playful for you

Yes, 800mm seat height of himalyan is ok . But you will face a bit problem in parking and reversing the motorcycle as the position of footpegs are a bit wide.

It feels different for everyone, Take a test ride. I'm 6.2ft, I feel handle bar should be raised a bit when do Offroading .So, It depends .

Well...it wont probably cause any trouble while riding but handling the machine with your foot on the ground may...may become cumbersome. Have a test ride 1st I would suggest.
