Honda CBR650R with saddle height of 635mm which will be comfortable to ride by a 5.1ft height person. However, we would suggest taking the test ride so that you can feel the comfort. Why are you spreading wrong 8nfo everywhere 650r has 810mm seat height not 635 even splendor doesn't have that
