The solution is to visit a Honda dealer and check if you can comfortably be seated and reach the ground with both feet.Also try to roll the scooter forward with your feet without falling.That should give you a feel of how confident you can be for riding it.Hope this helps.

It might be little difficult for you to balance while being stationary otherwise it is good

Being skinny won’t make any difference As far as height is concerned then the rider might find some issue in traffic...u might check some other options
