No, but it will impact your ride quality. I sugget you to go slower near bumps and stuff after reducing the seat height. Otherwise, rip your waist.

Bro , Iam 5.3 . I want to buy duke 125/200 but The problem is low height. Can we reduce the seat height to make comfortable for me (5.3).
