Q. I want to go on a bike trip to south India from Patna covering 300 km/day. Is Honda Shine suitable for it?

Of course not, this is a city bike not made for long route, on running 60/70 km without rest engine become heat and may cause of engine seized.

If it is highway it's ok otherwise seat adjustment is required. 300 km per day is difficult.
