My preference is Gixxer and Fz and later Apache. In your budget Gixxer gives good look and good performance and good mileage also!!

I think HONDA CB Hornet Deluxe will Best Option for you. KeepnBrand Priority as Honda, Suzuki than TVS. Don't go for Bajaj n Yamaha. After sales service is also important.
