@ Pankaj | This is not a big issue every new bike engine faces this heating issue due to very high compression of the new engines and xblade comes with 160cc engine. One reason is that this engine is colored with black paint which will also burn which it was new and the burning smell that come from the engine is also the reason that we think it is overheating.

I purchased 3 years back, even i have same issue when i drove like 2 to 3 km i can fell heat on my bare foot and engine also smells
