I am actually confused between 2 bikes I want comfort both for me as well as for my wife who would be sharing the back seat. I like Yamaha FZ S V3 and Suzuki Intruder I felt my ride and wife both would be equally comfortable with Intruder. My height is also an issue I am of exactly 6feet of height. Please put a honest suggestions.

Go for Yamaha FZS FI v 3 and thank me later! Else RE Thunderbird 350X. Nothing in between.
