It was a excellent bike ever among world I ride this item it was a unexpecting things it was very smooth when it rides

The bike is extremely good and smooth but the main issue is service centre they've one service ceontre in andheri and that one is srsly nightmare they will never pick up your calls they don't know how to conmunicate properly very rude staff if your part is broken it will take 8-9 months to replace if there is any problem they will wait you for 4-5 months very pathetic experience also bike have lot of down sides and service centre don't provide any service so you're legit in a trap at the time of buying they'll make fake promises plz plz plz don't fall for this trap buy some other bike instead plz save yourself from this fake company

REVOLT BIKE IS GOOD BUT TO ALL BUYERS THE SERVICE AT SERVICE CENTRES IS HORRIBLE, BEFORE BUYING JUST STAND 2-3 HOURS AT ANY SERVICE CENTRE YOU WILL CHANGE YOUR MIND OF BUYING THE BIKE. NO PARTS AVAILABLE, STAFF KEEPS CHANGING, NO TIME VALUE AND TOP OF THAT IF ANY PART GOES YOUR BIKE WILL STAND IDLE FOR MONTHS . IT HAPPENED WITH ME SO I SHARING. ALSO RECENTLY MY BIKE NO. 5253 WAS GIVEN FOR SERVICE AT ANDHERI EAST SERVICE CENTRE, DUE TO NO PARKING FACILITY INSIDE THEY KEPT MY BIKE OUTSIDE SERVICE CENTRE AND I GOT RTO NO PARKING CHALLAN OF 1500 RS , NOW I AM NOT GETTING REFUND OF PENALTY WHICH CRIME I HAVENT DONE. AND THAT HAPPENED WITH MANY BIKERS. SO YOU PAY SERVICE CHARGES + RTO FINE TOO.AND ITS BEEN 4-5 DAYS MY BIKE IS STILL AT SERVICE CENTRE AND ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. MY TICKET NO IS 94987 AND 95217 AND RTO CHALLAN NO IS MUMCM24006964748. THIS HAPPENED ON 1-08-2024 AND TODAY IS 05-08-2024 , THEY PROMISED TO SOLVE IN 24 HOURS AND STILL FOR THHEM THE 24 HOURS ISNT OVER. ITS LIKE you PAY FOR A BRANDED BIKE IN LAKHS AND RECEIVE SERVICE WORST THAT OF LOCAL MECHANIC. NEVER BUY REVOLT- BOTTOM LINE.
