Yes you will get a noise from the engine, it's the noise from timing chain, if you maintain your bike well then it's not a big issue. It's right that pulsar135 doesn't have tubeless tyres but if you wish to fit a tubeless tire you can fix it on the same rim, it's a small part the tyre seller will fit on your rim and you can fit tubeless tyres on your rim

No there is no noise problem, only if your timing chain is in bad shape it might cause noise, but other then that there is no noise problems.
