Generally, 10-15 % of the fuel tank is the reserve capacity of the bike. The Honda Unicorn features a fuel tank of 13 L. Moreover, the introduction of the Fi engine has eliminated the use of reserve tank as it doesn't allow to switch the fuel source.

The makers of Honda unicorn bs 6 have put an autochoke in it because of which whenever you start it after two hours it will automatically accelerate for two minutes. So you have to wait or you can drive it while acceleration and it runs automatically. The control becomes difficult. Its also consuming more petrol because of this. This is a major setback of bs 6 model
