For new model it won't look a perfect one,.you can opt-out for Classic or desert storm / continental GT,.further my advise is to avoid the lust over R.E, once when you get compared with Bajaj, yamaha or TVS sport bike you may feel for it.in terms of looks, services and cost wise too..for your height , Bajaj bikes will make you look cool.my suggestion is to try a test drive of various bikes in the price range you have decided and then you may move...further it's ones. wish

There's no need to change the tyres. Take a test ride. You will enjoy the bike, you can also consider ThunderbirdX, if you'll be riding more in city. Hope you have a great purchase and fun rides afterwards. God bless.

It will suit for your height. Changing the wheel is not a great idea. Please take a test drive and decide the bike.
